What the pricing actually looks like
The visit costs nothing and the quote comes first. That is the whole pricing model, and it doesn't change between a dripping tap and a full drainage dig-out.
Quote-first exists because hourly billing punishes you for a job that runs long. You approve a figure, and that figure is what you pay.
Every written quote covers the full job:
- Labour for the work as scoped
- Parts and fittings at the rates on the quote
- The trip out, because getting us to your door costs nothing
Decline the quote and nothing is owed. That applies on big jobs and small ones alike.
Getting someone out fast
Same-day work happens where the schedule allows, and genuine emergencies move to the front of the day.

Who turns up at your door
Licensed plumbers do every job, with no unlicensed subcontractors farmed out and no handyman with a van and a plunger.

Why the older drains struggle
Clay was the standard drain material when the post-war streets went in, and clay joints crack and shift as the decades pass. Mature trees along the bushland edge hunt out those cracks, and once a root mat establishes, the line needs a proper clean rather than another plunger.
