Why post-war houses change the job

The housing stock.

This suburb went up largely after 1947 as a garden suburb of weatherboard, brick veneer, fibro and double-brick homes, and rear additions are common. Hot water lines have often been extended or spliced more than once before we arrive.

The ground.
